Room Leader – Nursery (Gloucester)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join a friendly nursery team in Gloucester.

Location: Gloucester
Salary: £14.94 – £16 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience in leading a room and supporting a team
• A warm, nurturing, and professional approach
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children
