As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect schools with amazing educators, grow your client base, and make a genuine impact.

You will:

• Build and develop relationships with schools and nurseries
• Source, screen, and place education professionals
• Ensure compliance and deliver excellent service
• Take ownership of your desk and drive business growth

• Passionate about education and making a difference
• Strong communicator, confident in building relationships
• Driven, resilient, and proactive
• Sales, recruitment, or education experience a bonus – but not essential
