Class People are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Weston-super-Mare to recruit a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher for a full-time position running until the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years specialist to join a supportive school community and make a lasting impact during a crucial stage of children’s development.

About the Role

As a Reception Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS framework

• Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

• Plan creative and purposeful provision to support early development

• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively

• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have recent experience within Early Years / Reception

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum

• Be organised, proactive and reflective in their practice

• Have excellent behaviour management skills

• Be committed to supporting every child to achieve their full potential
