We are recruiting Learning Mentors / Teaching Assistants to join a well-established SEMH Alternative Provision based in Brislington, Bristol.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and who thrive in a relationship-led, non-mainstream environment.
About You:
- Experience working with challenging behaviour and/or SEMH needs is essential
- Experience within education, alternative provision, youth work or care settings is highly desirable
- Calm, patient and resilient with a relational approach
- Confident supporting young people who may be disengaged from learning
- A team player with strong communication skills
