Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Contract: Temporary to Permanent (depending on performance)

Are you a caring, patient and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in a child’s education? We are seeking a dedicated One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Taunton, supporting a pupil who requires additional guidance throughout the school day.

✨ The Role:

• Provide one-to-one support to a pupil with additional learning needs

• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour support and personalised tasks

• Help the pupil stay engaged, motivated and confident

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow tailored learning plans

• Encourage positive learning habits and emotional well-being

✨ About You:

• Kind, patient and supportive approach

• Experience with SEN or one-to-one support (desirable but not essential)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships

• Reliable, proactive and passionate about helping children succeed
