Teaching Assistant – Gloucestershire
Class People are working with primary, secondary and SEN schools across Gloucestershire to recruit Teaching Assistants who can provide reliable, positive support in the classroom.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, building relationships and helping pupils feel confident, supported and ready to learn.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils in lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups

Help children stay focused, understand tasks and build independence

Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs

Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Work closely with teachers and school staff to create a calm, inclusive learning environment
Roles are available on a supply, short-term and long-term basis across Gloucestershire.
