I joined Class People in November 2025, with 10 years in recruitment behind me- I have a background specialising in full-cycle hiring across education, care, trauma, SEN, SEMH, and estate agency sectors. I've worked in both internal and agency settings, bringing a well-rounded approach to talent strategy. I am a talented recruitment professional who has recruited CEOs to Directors and down to front line operational staff.

Currently I work for Class People as a People Development and Progression Lead. I am passionate about empowering individuals to grow and thrive, enabling them to reach their best potential. Designing and delivering training initiatives, mentoring the team to enhance performance driving a culture of accountability, progression and purpose.
