Ioana Iliescu

I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Gloucestershire and developed a strong passion for supporting children to reach their full potential. Before joining Class People I worked as a support worker and SEND Teaching Assistant, where I saw how rewarding it is to make a real difference in a child's development.

Now part of the Early Years team, I enjoy helping candidates find roles that match their skills and aspirations. I take pride in getting to know each person and supporting them in finding a setting where they can flourish and make a lasting impact.
