I have a BA(hons) in Early Childhood Studies and over 30 years of experience working in a variety of different Early Years settings as a practitioner and as part of management teams. I understand the importance of matching the right person with the right setting and my experience means I am able to empathise with the demands of managing a nursery as well as working within a team to best support the children. I am passionate about raising standards in Early Years and will help settings by matching them with high quality staff, following safer recruitment practices and keeping safeguarding a priority.
