Class People dress up as Mr Men for World Book Day 2017

Class People dress up as Mr Men for World Book Day 2017

This week the team swapped their recruitment hats for Mr Men costumes, all in aid of World Book Day.

With experience in and outside the classroom, CEO Lynis Bassett led the Class People team in dressing up as characters from the Mr Men series of books to help promote reading in schools. Using social media to create buzz around the day, the consultants dressed in costume read out extracts from their favourite Mr Men books. All of the videos are on our Instagram page.

Lynis Bassett, Chief Executive Officer, Class People says:

?We?re no strangers to dressing up and celebrating a good cause, especially if it raising awareness for our educators. We?ve had a great response from teachers and it?s encouraging to see so many schools dressing up for World Book Day.?

We have recently been shortlisted for a Recruiter Award for best temporary recruitment agency, after demonstrating hard work and commitment to helping teachers, TA?s and early years practitioners.

?As World Book Day is in it?s 20th year, we wanted to go all out for the occasion and show another side to our personalities. Our main aim, as always, is to raise awareness of the teaching profession and show how much fun it can be to be a part of educating a child?s life.?

How did you celebrate #WorldBookDay? Send us your photos, we'd love to see them.
