Stressing the Importance of Flexible Working

As part of National Stress Awareness Month, Class People have swapped desks for yoga mats!

We invited local yoga teacher Catherine Brooker-Magee into the office this week to replace our usual Monday morning kick-off meeting as a means to highlight the importance of dedicating time to relax and minimise stress. 

As teaching is one of the most stressful professions, we invited our teachers, TAs and practitioners to come along and join us for the morning as a means to relieve any stress to start the week. No doubt we will be doing something similar again soon, so do let us know if you have any ideas.
