About the Role:
Class People are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Early Years Practitioners to work flexibly across a variety of early years settings in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate individuals who enjoy working with young children and are looking for flexible working arrangements to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years

• Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Work collaboratively with nursery staff and management teams

• Follow safeguarding policies and procedures at all times

• Adapt quickly to different nursery settings and routines

Requirements:

• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)

• Previous experience working in an early years setting

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
