We are currently recruiting for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our agency team supporting nurseries across Cheltenham.

The Role

As an Nursery Practitioner, you will support nursery teams in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and develop.

You will work across a variety of nursery settings, helping with daily routines, activities, and ensuring children receive high-quality care and support.

Requirements

• Previous nursery or childcare experience within the UK (essential)
• Good understanding of working in nursery or early years settings
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
• Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s development through play and learning activities
• Assisting with daily nursery routines
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment
• Building positive relationships with staff, parents, and children
• Supporting the nursery team with day-to-day activities
• Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
