🔹 Key Responsibilities

As a Secondary NQT Teacher in Oxfordshire, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable)
• Follow pre-set lesson plans and support continuity of learning
• Build confidence in classroom and behaviour management
• Gain experience across a variety of secondary schools in Oxfordshire
• Support students’ learning during teacher absence
• Create a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment

🔹 Requirements

To work as a Secondary NQT Teacher in Oxfordshire, you should have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT/NQT
• Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
• A passion for teaching and supporting student progress
• Good classroom management skills (or willingness to develop)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
