Class People awarded with REC Audited status
Class People are thrilled to achieve the gold standard in recruitment with REC Audited Education.
We have demonstrated an extra level of compliance, proving that we comply with safeguarding legislation and best practice in the recruitment industry.
REC Audited Education ensures that the relevant checks are carried out when recruiting candidates, and the accreditation gives education providers and settings the confidence that they are using a supplier who is independently verified.
Gaining REC Audited Education status enables Class People to be included as a supplier within the Crown Commercial Service framework agreement. The framework agreement, due to be implemented nationwide in 2018, requires industry-recognised accreditations and sets independent standards for an agency to be awarded public sector contracts.
Lynis Bassett, CEO of Class People, says:
“We are extremely proud to be awarded REC Audited Education, as it demonstrates our commitment to the education and recruitment industry. To be recognised this year as finalists by local and national industry awards has been fantastic, but being awarded with REC Audited accreditation proves that the Class People team are thoroughly committed to achieving the best standards in their day-to-day roles”.
Class People recently announced its first acquisition of Teaching Services (SW) Ltd, that trade as Cover Teachers in the South West of England.
