CCS Framework Written Declaration

For the purposes of the REC Audited Education assessment and the applicable CCS Framework requirements, LB Education Services Ltd trading as Class People makes the following declarations.
1. Clause 6.4 - Subcontractors and third-party organisations
Class People confirms that key subcontractors and third-party organisations used to support delivery of the Framework, including umbrella companies, are subject to appropriate due diligence and vetting before they are approved for use and are kept under review. Class People requires those organisations to permit access, on request, to relevant work-seeker and payroll documentation for compliance and audit purposes, including worker payslips and Real Time Information (RTI) submissions.
2. Clause 6.6 - UK payroll
Class People confirms that all payroll relating to workers supplied under the Framework is operated within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
3. Clause 6.8 - IR35
Class People confirms that it is aware of the requirements of clause 6.8 of the Framework relating to IR35 legislation and will comply with those requirements.
4. Clauses 12.4 and 12.5 - Safeguarding and employment costs
Class People confirms that it meets the safeguarding and employment costs for which it is responsible under the Framework and does not pass those costs to schools or other education settings.
5. Clause 12.18 - Protection of workers raising concerns
Class People confirms that it will protect workers who raise concerns about suspected fraud, malpractice or breaches of legislation and will not subject them to detriment for raising such concerns in good faith. Where appropriate, Class People will raise awareness of, refer or signpost the matter to an appropriate organisation, including JobsAware.
