Working full-time, you will lead a dedicated nursery team, create engaging learning experiences and help children thrive in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Early Years Practitioners.

• Overseeing the daily running of your nursery room.

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.

• Supporting children's learning, development and individual needs.

• Building positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

• Encouraging teamwork and creating a positive nursery environment.

• Supporting colleagues with their professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• Previous experience working as a Nursery Room Leader or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Confidence in leading, motivating and supporting a team.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A genuine passion for Early Years education and children's development.

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
