We are working in partnership with a large secondary school in Wiltshire to recruit an Assistant Headteacher to join their Senior Leadership Team.

This is a key strategic leadership role with responsibility for behaviour, culture and attitudes to learning across the school. The successful candidate will play an important part in shaping a positive, inclusive and consistent culture where high expectations, strong relationships and restorative practice support every student to succeed.

You will work closely with senior leaders, staff, students and families to drive whole-school approaches to behaviour, support staff in maintaining high standards and help ensure that students feel safe, respected and ready to learn.

We are keen to hear from experienced school leaders with a strong track record in areas such as behaviour, pastoral leadership, inclusion, culture or whole-school improvement.

The successful candidate is likely to be someone who:

• Is an experienced and credible school leader
• Has strong knowledge of behaviour management and positive school culture
• Is an excellent classroom practitioner
• Can lead change and raise standards across a school
• Builds strong relationships with staff, students and families
• Is ambitious, supportive and committed to inclusive education
