The role
As an SEN Teacher / Tutor, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, accessible and personalised learning

Support learners with a range of SEN, SEND and additional needs

Adapt teaching to meet individual learning styles, abilities and EHCP outcomes

Create a calm, safe and encouraging learning environment
-
Build strong and trusted relationships with learners

Support young people with confidence, independence and personal development

Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning plans

Work closely with support staff, families and wider professionals

Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pastoral care
