Baby Room Leader – Clifton, Bristol

ClassPeople is recruiting for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join a nursery in Clifton, Bristol.

We’re looking for a caring and motivated individual who can lead a room, support their team and provide high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day running of the room.

• Plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.

• Support, motivate and guide the room team.

• Monitor children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

• Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

About You:

• Hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification or above.

• Have experience in an early years setting, ideally in a senior role.

• Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.

• Possess strong leadership and communication skills.

• Be passionate about supporting children’s development.
