Pay Rate: £16.63 - £18.00 per hour

Early Years Practitioners Wanted – Bedminster

Class People is currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a range of early years settings in Bedminster and the surrounding Bristol area.

The Opportunity

Working within welcoming nursery environments, you will support children aged 0–5 years through engaging activities and high-quality care, helping them to develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Support children's learning and development in accordance with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
• Monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Promote safeguarding and children's welfare at all times.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, reliable and nurturing attitude.
