About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the day-to-day care, learning, and development of children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a positive and engaging environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality childcare and education in accordance with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Plan and participate in engaging indoor and outdoor learning activities.
• Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards are consistently maintained.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive nursery culture.

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive approach to childcare.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
