We are working with a warm, welcoming and well-established nursery in Brislington seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating environment
• Building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observing, tracking and supporting individual development
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, caring and reliable approach
