👶 The Role:

As a Children's Centre Practitioner, you'll work alongside children, parents, carers, and professionals to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing. You'll help create welcoming, engaging environments where families can access support, advice, and early years opportunities.

Many of the children accessing Children's Centre services may have additional needs or require extra support. Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is highly desirable, although not essential.

👶 What We're Looking For:

• Experience working within a Children's Centre, Early Years, Family Support, SEND, or Community Setting
• Understanding of child development, inclusion, and safeguarding practices
• Experience supporting children with additional needs is advantageous
• A positive, caring, and professional approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for supporting children and families
