Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioners Wanted – Chew Magna

Class People are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established nursery in Chew Magna for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work as part of a friendly team to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities appropriate to children's age and stage of development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety and wellbeing.
• Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive nursery environment.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach.
