🌱 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years, Childcare, or Children & Families Social Care (or strong UK Early Years/Community experience with a willingness to train).

Experience: Previous hands-on experience working in a UK nursery, pre-school, or Children’s Centre setting.

Skills: Strong knowledge of the EYFS, good understanding of safeguarding and early help, and an empathetic, non-judgmental approach to supporting families.

Attributes: Excellent communication, adaptability, and a genuine passion for giving young children the best start in life.
