The Role

  • Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery.

  • Lead, motivate and support a team of early years practitioners.

  • Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and early years education.

  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

  • Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

  • Help maintain compliance with EYFS requirements and Ofsted standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.

  • Experience in an early years setting, ideally in a senior or leadership role.

  • Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.

  • A genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and flourish.

  • A positive, proactive approach and a commitment to safeguarding.
