Help Children Thrive in Early Years

Nursery Practitioners play a key role in creating positive early childhood experiences. You'll help children develop through play, learning activities and everyday interactions, supporting their confidence and wellbeing.

Your Role in the Nursery

• Supporting children through play-based learning.

• Encouraging language, communication and social development.

• Providing care and supervision.

• Helping maintain a welcoming and safe environment.

• Supporting nursery routines and safeguarding procedures.

Who We're Looking For

• Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years staff.

• Unqualified applicants interested in childcare.

• Previous nursery experience desirable.

• Caring, patient and enthusiastic individuals.

• Candidates who enjoy teamwork and learning.

• £16.35–£18.82 per hour.
