The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll be an important part of the classroom team, working alongside teachers to support pupils with their learning, development, and wellbeing.

Depending on the school and role, you could be:

• Providing 1:1 support to individual pupils
• Working with small groups and delivering interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and key skills

What We're Looking For

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people
• A patient, positive, and proactive approach
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a school team
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils and their education

SEN experience is beneficial, although it isn't essential for every position.
