Class People are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Yate.

About the Role
Working through Class People, you will support the delivery of high-quality care and education for young children. You’ll help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework (with support where needed)
• Support children’s development, learning, and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Ensure a safe and stimulating environment
• Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s progress records

What We’re Looking For

• A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience working with young children (placement experience considered for Level 2)
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures
