Location: Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire
Start Date: Monday 5th October 2026
Duration: Until at least February half term
Contract: Full-time, long-term supply
Pay: £150–£271 per day, depending on experience

Class People are currently looking for an experienced Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Mitcheldean on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Maths Teacher looking for a consistent placement from October through to at least February half term.

The Role

• Full-time Maths teaching
• Start Monday 5th October 2026
• Placement running until at least February half term
• Teaching Maths across the relevant secondary age range
• Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation and assessment
• Working as part of a supportive school team

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has QTS or recognised teaching status
• Has experience teaching Maths in a secondary school
• Can confidently deliver engaging Maths lessons
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Is available for the full duration of the placement
• Is committed to providing high-quality teaching and supporting pupils' progress
