Level 3 Early Years Educator

Location: Worcester (Worcester Royal Hospital site)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (30 or 40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,849.60 pro rata (for part time) (£13.87 per hour) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting children’s learning through play, routine and creativity
• Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
• Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Supporting observations and learning journeys
• Contributing to a setting that’s focused on continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience working in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• A genuine passion for working with children
• A positive, reliable and proactive approach
• Someone who wants to grow with a setting on a journey
