Looking for a setting where you can grow, not just go through the motions?
We’re working with a well-established nursery based on the Worcester Royal Hospital site that’s on a journey — one that’s focused on improving, investing in its people, and creating a better experience for both children and staff.
They’re looking for Level 3 Early Years Educators who want to be part of that journey. People who bring energy, care, and a genuine passion for early years — and who can see the value in being part of a team that’s evolving and moving forward.
If you want to feel part of something and not just another number… this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children’s learning through play, routine and creativity
- Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
- Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Supporting observations and learning journeys
- Contributing to a setting that’s focused on continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive, reliable and proactive approach
- Someone who wants to grow with a setting on a journey
The good stuff:
- £1,000 welcome bonus
- Clear opportunities for progression
- Ongoing training and development
- Generous childcare discount
- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
- Pension scheme
- Your birthday off
- Health and wellbeing support
- Referral bonus scheme
- Recognition and reward initiatives
