Location: Fishponds, Bristol 
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £29,640 per annum (£14.25 per hour)

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the day-to-day running of your room
• Creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment
• Delivering high-quality activities in line with the EYFS
• Supporting, mentoring and inspiring your team
• Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Playing an active role in raising standards and driving positive change

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Experience leading a room or supporting others in practice
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A genuine passion for Early Years and making a difference
• Someone proactive, positive and open to change
• A team player who wants to grow with a setting on a journey
