Class People are delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery in Rodborough, near Stroud, Gloucestershire.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality care and education for children in an Early Years setting.

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.

• Supporting children's individual learning, development and wellbeing.

• Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating nursery environment.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.

• Observing and recording children's progress and developmental milestones.

• Encouraging independence, confidence and curiosity through play.

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health and safety.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional care.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare – ESSENTIAL.

• Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• A warm, patient and nurturing approach to childcare.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Confidence in planning engaging activities and supporting individual learning needs.

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
