Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Location: Oxford and surrounding areas (Multiple roles availiable) 

Hours: 40 hours per week (with flexibility for 4-day weeks)

Salary: £13.40 – £14.90 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting children’s development through play, creativity and routine
• Delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment
• Building strong relationships with children, families and your team
• Contributing to observations, learning journeys and day-to-day routines

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• A genuine passion for Early Years
• Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
• A proactive, positive team player
• Someone who wants to grow with a setting, not just work in one
