SEN Learning Partner – Winchcombe

Class People are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Winchcombe to recruit a dedicated SEN Learning Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them build confidence, develop academically, and reach their full potential.

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you'll provide tailored support through 1:1 and small group interventions while creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school or similar setting.
• Are patient, caring, and committed to helping every child succeed.
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Can adapt their approach to meet individual learning needs.
• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience (desirable but not essential).
