SEN Teaching Assistant in Fairford

Love seeing the little wins? Enjoy being the person who helps a pupil finally crack something they’ve been struggling with?

Class People are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Fairford, supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them feel confident, included and ready to learn.

No two days in SEN are quite the same. You could be supporting a pupil 1:1, helping with small group activities, working alongside the class teacher or simply being the extra bit of encouragement a pupil needs that day.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Patient, positive and reliable

• Confident working with children and young people

• Good at building genuine relationships

• Calm and adaptable when things don’t go to plan

• Experienced in SEN or keen to build your experience

Why Class People?

You’ll get access to local SEN opportunities, flexible and long-term work, competitive pay and a dedicated consultant who knows the area and understands education.

If you’re a Teaching Assistant looking for your next SEN role in Fairford, we’d love to hear from you.
