Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for your next opportunity in Longney? We are recruiting an organised and professional School Administrator to support a school in Longney.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator looking for a 4-day-a-week role within a busy school environment, providing essential administrative support and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team
• Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally
• Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area
• Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records using school management systems
• Supporting attendance monitoring and general school administration
• Assisting with correspondence, reports, and school communications
• Ordering supplies and supporting general office administration
• Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a school administration role
• Experience using school management systems is essential, such as SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom, or similar
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy school office
• Professional, reliable, and approachable manner
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
