The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support learning throughout the school day. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils individually and in small groups
• Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Helping pupils stay engaged and focused during lessons
• Encouraging positive behaviour and confidence
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
