This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential while making a positive impact within the classroom.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK school and will be confident supporting pupils across a range of abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You may be providing one-to-one support, leading small group interventions or working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential for candidates with the relevant experience and a strong track record within education.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of three years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a UK school.
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
• Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Experience supporting children with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND.
• A proactive, adaptable and professional approach to supporting teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
