The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner with Class People, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing within early years settings. You'll work alongside experienced nursery teams to create engaging and nurturing environments where children can thrive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and support to children aged 0–5 years.
• Facilitate engaging activities that support children's development and learning.
• Promote children's wellbeing, confidence and independence.
• Observe and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

Requirements

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring and proactive attitude.
