Level 3 Nursery practitioner

Class People is currently recruiting for a dedicated and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate childcare professional who is committed to supporting young children’s development in a safe, engaging, and caring environment.

The Role
You will be working closely with a supportive nursery team to provide high-quality care and early education, ensuring every child feels secure, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and support fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
• Observe and track children’s development and progress
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A solid understanding of safeguarding practices
