About the Role:
Class People are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in South Bristol to recruit a passionate Reception Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic early years practitioner to join a nurturing school environment and make a real difference from the outset.

You will be responsible for a Reception class, delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supported by a dedicated leadership team and experienced classroom staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to Reception pupils
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress effectively
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within EYFS (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A nurturing, positive, and flexible approach
