The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children’s development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. You will work collaboratively with a friendly team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities in line with EYFS
• Support children’s learning and development through play
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment at all times
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
• Contribute to maintaining a stimulating learning space

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A positive, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
