Class People is recruiting passionate and qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our Early Years team supporting nursery settings in Westbury-on-Trym and the surrounding Bristol area.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Early Years Educators, Nursery Nurses, and Childcare Practitioners looking for rewarding work within high-quality nursery environments.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development, creating engaging learning experiences, and helping to provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can flourish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and participate in engaging indoor and outdoor activities.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health and safety standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within a nursery, preschool or childcare setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, enthusiastic and nurturing approach.
