As a Director of Class People and a Chartered Accountant, I lead on finance and strategy across the business, drawing on almost two decades of experience within the talent management sector.
I have been part of Class People for over 15 years and, during that time, have supported the business through significant growth and change. My role covers everything from financial planning and reporting to commercial strategy, forecasting and helping ensure the business is in the strongest possible position for the future.
Behind the numbers, however, Class People has always been about people. I care deeply about the business, the team and the communities we support, and I take a thoughtful and considered approach to the decisions we make. I’m proud to have played a part in creating a financially strong and sustainable organisation that can continue investing in its people, developing new ideas and providing an excellent service to schools and educators.
I’m naturally loyal, hardworking and dependable, and I’m usually happiest quietly getting on with whatever needs to be done behind the scenes. Finance may not always be the most visible part of the business, but making sure everything adds up, planning ahead and keeping the ship steady is something I take enormous pride in.
Outside of work, two of my biggest passions are theatre and travel. I love experiencing great productions and performances, and I’m equally happy exploring somewhere new and experiencing different places and cultures.
Having been part of Class People for so many years, the company and the people within it mean a great deal to me. I remain incredibly committed to its long-term success and to supporting the team as we continue to grow and evolve.
