Class People has been a huge part of my professional journey, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to experience almost every area of the business first-hand. I first joined the company in 2009 as a Planning Co-ordinator, before moving through roles in finance, recruitment, branch management, business development and operations, ultimately becoming Managing Director.

That journey has given me a genuinely rounded understanding of the business and the people within it. I understand what it takes to support candidates, build lasting relationships with schools, develop successful teams and create the structure behind a recruitment company that can continue to grow without losing its identity.

As part of the family business, Class People is incredibly personal to me. I’m passionate about protecting the reputation we’ve built while also pushing the company forward with fresh ideas, strong leadership and a clear vision for the future. I’m always looking at what’s next- how we can evolve, raise standards, create new opportunities and make a bigger impact across education and Early Years.

I’m naturally driven, ambitious and highly focused, and I love turning big ideas into something tangible. I set high standards, but I also care deeply about creating a culture where people can grow, be recognised for what they bring and feel proud of the work they do.

I’ve continued to invest in my own professional development throughout my career, including postgraduate study in leadership and business, and I’m always learning, questioning and looking at how we can do things better.

Outside of work, I’m mum to Sebastian, and family is a huge part of my life. I also have a real love of travelling and have been fortunate enough to explore places all over the world.

Fashion is another big passion of mine. I love style, creativity and making an impact, and I think that same instinct carries into the way I approach business too.

I’m also a huge LEGO fan, particularly the Architecture sets, and I’ve completed a number of the landmark builds over the years. I love the mix of creativity, detail and structure involved - probably no surprise for someone who enjoys bringing big ideas together!

For me, Class People is about far more than recruitment. It’s about building something with real longevity, staying true to who we are and continuing to create a business that makes a meaningful impact on the people and communities we work with.
