We're supporting a leading national childcare provider to recruit an Area Manager across the Midlands overseeing multiple nursery settings and driving excellence in quality, compliance, occupancy and team development.

The Role

• Lead and support a portfolio of nurseries across the region
• Coach and develop Nursery Managers and leadership teams
• Drive outstanding outcomes in quality, safeguarding and compliance
• Support occupancy growth and financial performance
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Build a positive culture focused on children, families and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (Degree desirable)
• Significant senior leadership experience within a multi-site childcare environment
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted, safeguarding and compliance requirements
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams
• Commercially aware with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence
