Baby Room Team Leader
Forest of Dean | Gloucestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career?
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Baby Room Team Leader to lead our nurturing baby provision and help shape exceptional early experiences for our youngest children.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving, child-centred setting situated within over 3 acres of beautiful outdoor space, complete with Forest School facilities, play courts and inspiring learning environments.
The Role

Lead and inspire a team within our baby room

Create a warm, safe and stimulating environment for babies aged 0-2 years

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

Build strong partnerships with families and carers

Act as a role model for best practice and support the development of colleagues

Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing are maintained at all times
What We're Looking For

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

Previous experience working within an Early Years setting

Experience supporting or leading a team would be advantageous

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and education

Based in the Forest of Dean (GL17), our setting is approximately 25 minutes from Cheltenham with easy road access and free on-site parking. A bus stop is also located directly outside the setting, providing additional transport options.
