Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking to join a thriving setting where children, staff and families are truly valued?

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are looking for qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and professional team.

Set within over 3 acres of beautiful outdoor space in the Forest of Dean, our setting offers children a unique learning environment with access to dedicated Forest School facilities, play courts and exciting opportunities for outdoor learning and exploration.

The Role

  • Support children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework

  • Create engaging and stimulating learning experiences both indoors and outdoors

  • Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

  • Observe, assess and support children's individual development

  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive

What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and education

Working Pattern

  • 4 or 5 days per week

Based in the Forest of Dean (GL17), our setting is approximately 25 minutes from Cheltenham with straightforward road access and free on-site parking. A bus stop is also located directly outside the setting.
